The last 3 days have been all about Gratitude (over on my IG feed) + if you are a part of the 4 Days of Gratitude newsletter series! In this short time, Ive learned 1 important thing. The easiest way to tap into inner joy is through gratitude. Something as simple as finding gratefulness in the small every day moments can cultivate an environment of abundance and presence.
It is very easy to get caught up in all the things happening around us as we continue to maneuver life in this “new” normal. Things may not look how we may have pictured they would look this time last year or even six months ago. Even still, there are so many things to be grateful for this year. Starting a gratitude practice is a great way to start shifting mindsets to call in more abundance in your life.
A gratitude practice can look however you may need it to look. There are no wrong paths in gratitude.
Here are a few ideas to get you started:

1. Gratitude Journal: A place to write things that you are grateful for. Journals are a great option because you can always go back to look at those notes of gratitude.
2. Gratitude apps: Similar to the journal but on your mobile device. Different apps offer different features.
3. Gratitude Guided Meditations: Guided meditations geared towards gratitude and taking inventory.
Creating a gratitude practice is very much, finding the tools that allows you the space to not only be present but to feel joy where you are.
In the spirit of giving thanks, I offer you an initiation to take inventory and reflect on where you are in this space. Feel gratitude for being here, in this moment. For continuing to press forward, for yourself and your loved ones.

Wishing you + yours a very Happy Holiday 💓
