A WOMEN’S WEEKEND RETREAT

The weekend you finally take for yourself.

Truth Moment? A day would help. But deep down you know you need to disappear into the trees for a whole weekend… come back to yourself slow.

You’ve been strong so long you forgot strong was supposed to be temporary. Nobody’s built to carry it all, all the time, with no place to set it down.

This is the place to set it down.

Two nights on the land. A dome under the open sky. Women around you who get it without the explaining. + a whole weekend where not one person needs a single thing from you.

Rooted in Her Body, the weekend, is a two-night women’s retreat. You arrive Friday + leave Sunday, and in between you get the full immersion. A real bed in a beautiful place. Every meal made for you. Womb wisdom taught slow. Herbal ritual. A women’s circle deep enough to actuall shift something. Sisterhood for the soul.

This is the day retreat’s big sister. More room, more rest, more time to go all the way in.

  • A day isn’t enough + you already know it
  • You are excellent at your life. the work, the people, the whole operation + you are tired in a ways sleeping in does not touch
  • From the outside you look like you have it handled. Inside you are holding it together with both hands + you already know that about yourself
  • You are not trying to fall all the way apart. You are trying to stop before your body makes that decision for you
  • Your body has been doing things lately + you want to understand them instead of pushing through them
  • You want to come home with something you can actually use on a regular Tuesday, not just a nice weekend to remember
  • You can sit in a room of women without your armor on

Two things can be true at once. You can be doing well + running on fumes at the same time. If you already know that about yourself, chile, this weekend was built for you.

Friday. You arrive + let the land take you. We settle in, open the circle, + share a first meal together. No agenda but landing.

Saturday. The teaching day. Womb wisdom, the four transitions, + the herbal ritual where you blend your own medicine with your hands. Long-table meals. Space to nap, walk, journal, just be. We go deep + we go slow.

Sunday. We close in ceremony. You leave full, rested, + carrying everything you made.

WHERE YOU’LL STAY

You stay right where we gather, so there is no driving, no packing up, no leaving + coming back. You wake up somewhere beautiful with absolutely nowhere to be.

Two nights of sleeping somewhere quiet does something a single day cannot do. By the second morning your shoulder would have dropped by two inches + you didn’t even feel them do it.

WHY IT TAKES A WEEKEND

THE LAND DOES PART OF THE TEACHING

A day gets you started. A weekend gets underneath.

The first night your body is still braced. The second night it isn’t. Some of this work only opens up once you have been away long enough to stop bracing, + you cannot rush that part.

Some teaching only happens when you stay long enough for the land + environment to reach you. That’s why it’s a weekend.

WHO’S HOLDING THE ROOM

I’m Denawa Deniece, a Full Spectrum Doula + Holistic Lifecycle Educator. I’ve spent years walking women through their biggest body transitions, birth, postpartum, + every season in between.

This weekend is the deepest version of the work I love most. I built it because too many of us are running on fumes + calling it strength. I’m here to guide you all the way back home to your body, + I don’t take that lightly.

The weekend you finally take for yourself.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

When is it? Fall 2026, with additional dates in spring 2027. I’m finalizing the location + I won’t announce a date until every detail is locked. The waitlist hears first, always.

Where is it? Within driving distance of Charlotte. The exact location goes out to the waitlist before it goes anywhere else.

Why a waitlist? This is an intentional weekend to meet the right women right where they are. 10 is intentional + on purpose to cultivate the experience. The list connects with me prior to committing, they get the founding rate, first pick of dates + occupancy before this goes public.

Can my job pay for this? More often than you’d think. Plenty of companies have a professional development, leadership, or wellness stipend sitting unused. Get on the waitlist + I’ll send you a letter you can forward to your manager or HR, written + ready to go.

What’s the difference between a shared + a private room? Shared means you room with one other woman. Private means the room is all yours, limited, since there’s only so many.

What’s included? Two nights, every meal, the full weekend program, the herbal ritual workshop + your take-home send offs.

What do I bring? Comfortable clothes, closed toed shoes + an open heart. A full packing list comes once your seat’s confirmed.
