A WOMEN’S WEEKEND RETREAT

The weekend you finally take for yourself.

Truth Moment? A day would help. But deep down you know you need to disappear into the trees for a whole weekend… come back to yourself slow.

You’ve been strong so long you forgot strong was supposed to be temporary. Nobody’s built to carry it all, all the time, with no place to set it down.

This is the place to set it down.

Two nights on the land. A dome under the open sky. Women around you who get it without the explaining. + a whole weekend where not one person needs a single thing from you.

Rooted in Her Body, the weekend, is a two-night women’s retreat on B-Omi Farms, a Black-owned stretch of land about three hours from the city. You arrive Friday + leave Sunday, + in between you get the full immersion. Glamping domes. Every meal made for you. Womb wisdom taught slow. Herbal ritual. A women’s circle deep enough to actually shift something. Sisterhood for the soul.

This is the day retreat’s big sister. More room, more rest, more time to go all the way in.

  • A day isn’t enough + you already know it
  • You can’t remember the last time you slept somewhere quiet + woke up unbothered
  • You’re moving through a transition + you need real time to sit with it
  • You want the kind of rest that changes how you come home to your whole life
  • You’re ready to be poured into, for once

If you’ve been waiting for permission to take the whole weekend for yourself, chile, this is literally it

Friday. You arrive + let the land take you. We settle in, open the circle, + share a first meal together. No agenda but landing.

Saturday. The teaching day. Womb wisdom, the four transitions, + the herbal ritual where you blend your own medicine with your hands. Long-table meals. Space to nap, walk, journal, just be. We go deep + we go slow.

Sunday. We close in ceremony. You leave full, rested, + carrying everything you made.

YOU SLEEP ON THE LAND

You stay in a glamping dome right on the farm. A real bed, the sky through the dome, the quiet doing its work on you all night long.

Share a dome with another woman, or take one all to yourself. Either way you wake up somewhere beautiful with absolutely nowhere to be.

THE LAND DOES PART OF THE TEACHING

B-Omi is a Black-owned farm. Open sky, deep quiet, green everywhere you look. By the second morning your shoulders have dropped two inches + you didn’t even feel them do it.

Some teaching only happens when you stay long enough for the land to reach you. That’s why it’s a weekend.

WHO’S HOLDING THE ROOM

I’m Denawa Deniece, a Full Spectrum Doula + Holistic Lifecycle Educator. I’ve spent years walking women through their biggest body transitions, birth, postpartum, + every season in between.

This weekend is the deepest version of the work I love most. I built it because too many of us are running on fumes + calling it strength. I’m here to guide you all the way back home to your body, + I don’t take that lightly.

The weekend you finally take for yourself.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

When is it? Oct 2026 will the very 1st Women’s retreat with additional dates during Fall 2026 + Spring 2027, dates landing soon. The waitlist hears first, always.

Why a waitlist? This is an intentional weekend to meet the right women right where they are. 10 is intentional + on purpose to cultivate the experience. The list connects with me prior to committing, they get the founding rate, first pick of dates + occupancy before this goes public.

What’s the difference between double + single? Double means you share a dome with one other woman. Single means a dome all to yourself, limited, since there’s only so many.

What’s included? Two nights in a glamping dome, every meal, the full weekend program, the herbal ritual workshop, + your take-home send-off.

What do I bring? Comfortable clothes, closed toed shoes + an open heart. A full packing list comes once your seat’s confirmed.
