I am Denawa Deniece. This is how Double Dose Wellness handles your information. I tried to write this in plain language so you can actually understand what you are agreeing to.  The legal stuff absolutely still applies, but you shouldn’t need a lawyer to read it.

WHAT I COLLECT

When you use this site, I collect:

Information you give me directly. Your name + email when you subscribe to my list, fill out a contact form, or buy something. Your shipping address when you order a product.  Payment information when you check out (handled by Stan Store + Square, not stored or ever seen by me).

Information collected automatically.  Basic website analytics- how you got to my site, what pages you read, what device you are on. I use Google Analytics for this.  It’s anonymous + aggregated.

Cookies. This site uses standard cookies to make it work properly + to remember things like your shopping cart. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings if your prefer.

WHAT I DO WITH IT

• Send you the things you signed up for: emails, course acces, product orders
• Process payments + ship products
• Improve the website + understand wha’t useful to readers
• Respond to your messages

I don’t sell your data. I don’t trade it with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

WHO I SHARE IT WITH

The vendors I use to actually run the business need limited access to your information to do their jobs. That’s it.

• Flodesk– handles my email list + sends my newsletter
• Stan Stor + Stripe– process payments + course access
• Google Analytics– anonymous site analytics
• Shipping carriers– USPS, UPS,ect, for product delivery
• Substack-handles Rooted + Rising subscriptions if you sign up there seperately

If law enforcement legally requires me to disclose information, I’ll comply. I’ll let you know unless legally prohibited from doing so.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime- there is a link at the bottom of each
• Email me at hello@doubledosewellness.com to ask what data I have on you, request a copy or request that I delete it
• Opt out of analytics tracking through your browser

If you are in California, EU, or another region with specific privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR), you have an additional rights including the right to know what was collected, the right to deletion + the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (which I don’t do anyway).

CHILDREN

This site isnt directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.  If you’re a parent + believe your child has given me information, contact me + I’ll delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If I update this policy, Ill change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes get an email to my list.
