SHIPPING

I ship within the United States only at this time.  International shopping isn’t available yet because of customs + agricultural import rules around dried herbs.  If that changes, I’ll let my list know first.

Processing time: Orders take 3 business days to process and are shipped within 6 business days of completion of processing.  If I’m running behind for some reason – ie illness, travel, life- I will email you. I do not ghost.

Carrier: USPS for most oders. You will get tracking the moment your order is on it’s way.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout. The Sitz Soak ships for $9 within the US.

Delivery time: 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on where you are.  Once it leaves my hands + goes to USPS, the timing is on them.

Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking says delivered + your package isnt there, check with your neighbors + your local post office first.  If its still missing after that, reach out + we’ll figure it out together.

RETURNS

Physical products are non-returnable for sanitary + safety reasons.  Herbal sitz soaks, body care products, anything that touches the body- once it’s left my hands, I can’t take it back + send it to someone else.  That’s standarf for this kind of product.

If your order arrives damaged– broken jar, water damage, anything obvious wrong- email me within 7 days of delivery with photos + I’ll send a replacement. No questions, no hoops.

If your oder arrives wrong– missing items, wrong product, ect. – same deail. Email me within 7 days + I’ll fix it.

Digital products + courses (Cycle Fluent + future courses) are non-refundable. Once you have access, the value’s been delivered.  If you have a real concern about something, email me + we’ll talk.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email me as soon as possible.  If it hasnt gone out yet, Ill cancel it + refund you.  Once its shipped, the return policy above applies.

A NOTE FROM ME

I’m one person. Each and every order is made to order. Not sitting on some shelf.  I pack every order myself, write the thank you notes by hand + ship each package from my space.  I take this seriously. If something goes wrong, I want to know + I want to make it right.
