Doula Srvices are goverened by separate contracts at QCity Doula.
THE BIG ONE: I’M NOT YOUR DOCTOR
Everything on this site, in my courses, in my newsletter, + in my products is for educational + informational purposes. I’m a Full Spectrum Doula + Holistic Hormonal Lifecycle Educator. I’m not a physician, midwife, nurse, or licensed medical provider.
Nothing here is medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, retreats, cures, or prevents any condition. Don’t use information from my work to replace medical care. If you’re pregnant, postpartum, dealing with a health condition, or considering any change to how you care for your body, talk to your healthcare provider.

HERBAL PRODUCTS
The Sitz Soak + any other herbal products I sell are made with care + traditional knowledge. They are not FDA-evaluated. They are not inteded to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use them as directed. If you have allergies, are pregnant, are nursing, or have any medical condition, talk to your provider before use.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS + COURSES
When you buy a course like Cycle Fluent, you get lifetime access to the version of the course you bought + any future updates. You dont get the right to share, redistribute, copy or resell the content. The materials are mine + protected by copyright.
Once you purchase + access digital content, all sales are final. No refund on digital products.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Sitz Soak + future apothecary products: see the Shipping + Returns page for details on how that works. Short version: shipping is US only, products are non-returnable for sanitary reasons, damaged orders are made right.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this site- writing, photos, course materials, branding, the DDW seal logo, the Rooted + Rising logo, all of it, belongs to me. You can’t copy it, repost it, or use it for commercial purposes without my written permission. Sharing a link or quoting briefly with attribution is fine. Wholesale ripping is not.
HOW YOU USE THE SITE
Be a person. Don’t try to break the site. Don’t scrape it. Don’t impersonate me. Don’t post anything illegal in a comment section if I have one.
If you violate these terms, I reserve the right to revoke your access to anything you’ve purpurchased + ban you from the site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any damages- direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential-arising from your use of this site, my content, my products, or my services.
You use this site at your own risk. You apply what you learn at your own discretion + responsibility.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
I can update these terms anytime. Material changes get notice on the site + an email to my list. Contined use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the lawas of North Carolina. Any disputes are resolved in North Carolina courts.
