Eucalyptus + Spearmint Epsom Salt Sitz Soak

Description

A beautiful blend of Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Black Lava Salt, Epsom Salt, Eucalyptus Essential Oil+ Spearmint Essential oils.

 

Eucalyptus: Boost circulation, alleviates inflammation, rejuvenates muscles while soothing irritated skin.

Spearmint: Reduces feelings of anxiety and enhances calm energy.

Black Lava Salt: Assist with regulating organ function + maintaining electrolyte levels in the body.

5oz of deluxe bath salts

 

Bath:

Prepare bath to the desired temperature. Add salts before stepping in.

Soak/Sitz:

Place contents of vial in a sachet and steep in 2 cups of boiling (hot) water.

Cover and steep for 20 min

Add liquid to bath, soak and enjoy for at least 15-20 min.

Compress:

Allow tea bag to cool and apply to any area as a compress.

Peri Bottle:

Fill peri or spray bottle with sitz soak.  Can be refrigerated for up to week or left in the bathroom for 2-3 days.
