What is a Birth Doula?

Birth Companion, Birth Coach, non-medical person who assists a woman before, during and after childbirth.

What you can Expect

As a birth doula, I help support new families through the life changing experience of having a baby! I work with parents throughout pregnancy and labor to address their unique pregnancy, labor and delivery needs.
